I used Photoshop for textures and post processing, and blender to model the scene and the lighting.
Final lighting but more detailed, less stylized.

Lone Lantern : 3D to 2D
Concepted and lit in Blender, then painted over in Photoshop. Using sculpt in Blender I was able to create folds and organic feel to the rocks, I modeled the lantern then after rendering I painted foliage and more detail to the rocks and lighting.
